To maintain the integrity of my services, I have implemented a Zero Tolerance Harassment Policy that applies to all interactions within my practice. This policy aims to protect both the client and the therapist, ensuring that massage therapy remains a therapeutic and supportive environment.

Harassment Includes, but is Not Limited to:

• Sexual Harassment: Unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, or verbal/physical conduct of a sexual nature.

• Verbal Abuse: Insults, offensive comments, threats, or any other verbal conduct that creates a hostile or uncomfortable environment.

• Physical Abuse: Unwanted touching, physical contact, or any actions that compromise the safety of others.

• Discriminatory Behavior: Any behavior that targets or discriminates against an individual based on race, gender, age, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or any other personal characteristic.

What Happens if Harassment Occurs?

• Immediate Termination: If harassment is observed during a session, the session will be immediately terminated, full payment is expected.

• Consequences: Clients who engage in harassment will be asked to leave the premises and may be permanently banned from receiving services. In cases of severe harassment, law enforcement may be contacted.
